Job summary

vCluster Labs in Dubai is seeking a senior QA engineer to lead automated testing across backend services and UI, shaping test strategy for scalable Kubernetes-based platforms. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, drive CI/CD integration, and advocate for testability and reliability in a fast-moving startup environment.

The role requires 7+ years in QA, senior-level experience, strong coding in Go/Python/JavaScript, and experience with AI-assisted reviews and distributed

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in QA or software testing.
• 2+ years of experience at a senior or staff level.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proficiency using AI tools for PR reviews, test plans, and automation.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD systems and pipeline integration.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for backend and infrastructure issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
