We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, for our esteemed Government client entity in Sharjah, who oversees the activities of the qualityassurance for software and product design. Their job is to oversee the production oftest documents, the creation of test procedures, and to ensure the successfuldeployment of company products. Priority for candidates with previous experienceworking on automating government processes, particularly the following: Businesslicense registration, Construction and building permit and Real-estate management.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain test plans and test cases for softwareapplications.

2. Write automated tests using tools such as Selenium, playwright, or similar.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize productfeatures and requirements.

4. Participate in code and design reviews to ensure the quality and adherenceto standards of the codebase.

5. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.

6. Maintain regression/Integration test suites, ensuring quality of every ownedfeature in each app release.

7. Mentor and guide junior software quality engineers.

8. Review Quality Assurance reports.

9. Ensure the successful deployment of products into the market.

Candidate Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

3. Hands-on experience in testing Android, iOS Mobile apps, Web portals.

4. Strong experience in one or more of automation tools (e.g.Selenium/playwright).

5. Experience in Bug Tracking tools: JIRA, TestRail.

6. Experience in API Testing with standard tools (Postman/SoapUI…etc.).

7. Experience in creating CI/CD systems.

8. Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices.

9. Experience with agile development methodologies.

10. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

12. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other relevant technologies is aplus.
