Job summary

Arcsen, a leading global technology consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to drive complex software initiatives across the EMEA region. You will define scope with stakeholders, plan resources, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure quality releases while controlling budgets.

The role offers remote flexibility and opportunities to work with premium clients. Candidates should have 6–10 years of PM experience, PMP/PRINCE2, and proficiency with JIRA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 6–10 years of software project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2) is required.
• Experience with enterprise software development and MS Project/JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resources.
• Lead cross functional teams to achieve project objectives and mentor junior staff.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies with contingency plans.
• Communicate status, updates and risks to stakeholders through meetings and reports.
• Ensure software processes meet quality standards and conduct thorough testing.
• Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices and industry trends.
