Qualifications

• 12+3 or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise apps in Agile
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale secure enterprise apps
• Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React, microservices, RESTful APIs
• Strong systems analysis, architecture skills, and translating requirements into technical solutions
• Knowledge of secure coding, CI/CD, testing, performance optimization, observability

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery of medium to large-scale initiatives
• Design, develop, review, and maintain high-quality software per standards
• Provide technical leadership via mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, vendors, and dependent teams

• Lead resolution of complex production issues and incidents
