Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of software architecture and development, from high-level to low-level design, testing, and documentation. This is a chance to make a significant impact and help shape the future of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance e-commerce applications, focusing on microservices and an API-first approach.
2. Own the entire software development lifecycle, from system architecture and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
3. Enforce best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization, ensuring robust and maintainable solutions.
4. Integrate modern DevOps and CI/CD methodologies, driving automation, monitoring, and cloud-native infrastructure adoption.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, architecture, and operations, to develop innovative e-commerce solutions that drive business success.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, or Mathematics.
2. 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on scalable web and mobile applications.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in Node JS / GO and React Native.
4. Extensive experience in building responsive, scalable e-commerce websites and mobile applications.
5. Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including serverless architectures.
6. Experience with Salesforce stack: Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.
7. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
8. Strong collaboration and communication skills for effectively working with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
9. Leadership qualities, including mentorship, coaching, and guiding junior developers, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
10. Good understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API development.
11. Cache strategy, CDN, front-end/back-end performance tuning, 3rd party integration, and Service integration experience.
12. Awareness of Dev Ops including Continuous Integration, Delivery, agile Configuration Management, Environment Management, and Release Management practices.
