Job summary

Beyond ONE is seeking a Senior Manager Social Media to shape and amplify its digital voice in the UAE market. You will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth by bridging content strategy with performance-driven campaigns.

You will lead bold campaigns, collaborate with top creators, and guide cross-functional teams from day one, delivering measurable impact and scalable social frameworks.

Qualifications

• 68 years of experience in social media management including at least 23 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Strong background in B2C brands across lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, tech, telecom or F&B sectors.
• Proven track record running regional social strategies across UAE/GCC/MENA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated data-driven social media strategy across platforms.
• Oversee content creation and publishing for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Threads and emerging channels.
• Supervise community engagement with real-time monitoring and response management.
• Plan and execute high-impact campaigns tied to brand initiatives and product launches.
• Track metrics and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and testing.
• Manage influencer partnerships with regional creators to elevate voice and reach.
• Lead and coach a team of social media professionals across initiatives.
• Liaise with Marketing, Content, CX, Data and Product to align social with business goals.
• Oversee budget and vendor relationships for high ROI campaigns.
• Own crisis planning and social listening to safeguard brand reputation.
