Job description

We re on the hunt for a Senior Social Media Account Executive based in Abu Dhabi to lead content planning, campaign rollouts, and real-time activations across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You ll be the key client partner, blending platform expertise with sharp coordination skills to deliver social-first, performance-driven content. From briefing creatives and managing influencer collabs to shaping reports and tracking trends you ll play a vital role in helping brands stay culturally relevant and strategically aligned.

To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for social media clients, managing the execution of content calendars, campaign rollouts, and real-time social activations across platforms.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, media, analytics) to deliver integrated, high-performing social content.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking rooted in platform behavior, understanding the role of social in the broader marketing mix and its contribution to KPIs and brand equity.
  • Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of monthly content calendars, campaign timelines, community management flows, and approval processes.
  • Lead the preparation of weekly status reports, monthly performance reports, and post-campaign evaluations in collaboration with analytics teams.
  • Apply a deep knowledge of the evolving social media landscape, emerging platform features, and audience behavior to shape creative recommendations.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop and brief engaging, platform-native content from stories to carousels, reels, and TikToks and collaborate on concepting and copy.
  • Monitor competitive activity and trending formats, sharing insights proactively to help clients stay relevant and ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure timely delivery of social assets and adherence to platform specs, while maintaining clear communication between production, creators, and clients.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, recaps, and action items are circulated and followed up on effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with influencer teams or external talent to manage paid and organic creator content, including briefing, approvals, and performance reporting.
  • Oversee budget control, social asset estimates, and paid social spend trackers under the guidance of the Account Manager/Director.
  • Support the Account Manager in streamlining multi-platform content planning across Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues in publishing, moderation, or approvals, working closely with community managers and platform leads to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal job trackers, timelines, and calendars.
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews, audits, and strategic recommendations with client teams.
  • Ensure compliance and sensitivity by understanding and adhering to government protocols, regulations, and cultural sensibilities guaranteeing all communication materials and strategies meet legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2 3 years of experience in social media account management within an agency environment.
  • Strong grasp of social platform behaviors, native formats, and content best practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience working with social planning and reporting tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Emplifi, Meta Business Suite).
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, client conversations, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creative social content and curiosity for what drives engagement.
  • Financial fluency regarding estimates, scopes, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with influencer campaigns and creator collaboration is a plus.
