Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in project management, contract management, or experiential learning operations.
• Proven success launching new operational sites, programs, or contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, assessment, and onboarding of new SOFE sites in alignment with program requirements.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts for new SOFE sites, ensuring compliance with academic and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with faculty, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure operational readiness of all new SOFE sites.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists for new SOFE site launches.
• Conduct site readiness assessments, including compliance audits, documentation review, and operational capability verification.
• Maintain accurate records of all new SOFE sites, contracts, and communications in CRM and other internal systems.
• Identify potential risks or barriers to SOFE implementation and escalat as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to Analyst I and II staff regarding new SOFE processes.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce delays, and improve site activation outcomes.
