Job summary

KOFISI - Centres of Productivity is seeking a senior Programme Manager to own the master delivery programme for new locations in Abu Dhabi, from concept to handover. You will manage swimlanes, dependencies, and critical paths, coordinating design, procurement, and operations to ensure successful openings.

You will lead budget definition, track costs, and partner with procurement and finance to maintain cash flow.

Qualifications

• Background in design/build, architecture, or related creative production with multi-workstream delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and a 12-week critical path.

Responsibilities

• Own the master delivery programme for each KOFISI location from concept sign-off to handover.
• Maintain swimlane view with dependencies, lead times, and float visibility.
• Communicate 12-, 6-, and 3-week critical paths and flag risks early.
• Sequence long-lead items (fabric, art, kitchen equipment, OS&E) against milestones.
• Run governance rhythms: weekly swimlane reviews and monthly programme reviews.
