Job summary

Trevi Group seeks a Civil Engineering professional to supervise piling, shoring and foundation works on site in the UAE. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and method statements while coordinating with surveyors, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors and suppliers.

The role requires strong leadership, site discipline and a proactive approach to problem solving to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards. Immediate joiners are preferred due to urgent hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in piling and foundation projects.
• Experience with bored piles, CFA piles, diaphragm walls, secant piles, anchors, and micropiles.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to piling, shoring, and foundation works.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with surveyors, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily site reports.
• Verify setting out, pile locations, reinforcement, concrete placement, and construction tolerances.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Monitor productivity and report deviations from the project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and site records.
• Support project management in achieving project objectives.
