Utopia Living seeks a Senior Site Engineer to lead high-end hotel construction on-site in Dubai. You will bridge remote design teams with day-to-day progress, ensuring quality, plan adherence, and budget discipline. Strong ownership and team coordination are essential to meet luxury standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on site leadership, safety, and collaboration with Project Manager and Head of Construction to drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 6 years across construction site functions.
• Completed at least 2 full-cycle projects in Dubai, hospitality preferred.
• Proven track record in hospitality or high-end residential construction.
• Proficiency in English for international communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activities and ensure compliance with codes and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and address safety and quality concerns.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Head of Construction to execute plans.
• Maintain high quality control reflecting design craftsmanship.
• Monitor site expenses and manage budget alignment.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams for steady workflow.
• Step in for Head of Construction and attend key meetings.
• Serve as main liaison between site and project team.
