Mira Construction is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer for a Dubai-based role to supervise daily construction activities and coordinate with sub‑contractors. You will ensure adherence to approved drawings, local codes, and safety standards on high‑rise and commercial projects.

The role requires strong surveying, CAD reading, and reporting skills, with knowledge of Dubai Municipality guidelines. Fluency in English is essential, with Hindi/Urdu/Arabic as a plus for workforce management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; UAE equivalency is a plus.
• 3–6 years of site execution experience in the UAE (commercial/residential/high-rise).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA guidelines.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a strong advantage for site workforce management.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily construction activities to meet master schedules, specs and safety standards.
• Verify levels, alignments and positioning using surveying tools against approved site plans.
• Prepare and raise RFIs/IRs for consultant approvals during pours and structural works.
• Direct sub‑contractors, foremen and site labour to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Enforce Dubai Municipality and HSE guidelines, including summer work rules and permit-to-work systems.
• Maintain daily site logs, track deliveries and report progress to project management.
