Job summary

Irth Holding Limited is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities on site in the UAE. You will supervise works, ensure compliance with drawings, specs and safety requirements, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to drive progress.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to lead site teams while ensuring quality and timely delivery on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/related engineering, with project experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specs and method statements.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, material submittals and technical approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Prepare RFIs, inspection requests and project documentation as required.
• Maintain QA/QC records, track progress and manage site safety.
• Monitor resources, planning, and progress against programme.
