Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction and design work, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are met while coordinating with site teams.

You will thoroughly review architectural drawings for feasibility, develop detailed project schedules and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.

• Oversee and supervise on-site activities, ensuring thatall construction and design work meets the specified quality standards,timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  
• Monitor progress and liaise with site teams to resolveany issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
  
• Maintain a routine schedule of site visits throughoutthe project lifecycle
  

ReviewingDrawings and Specifications::

• Thoroughly review architectural anddesign drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility in terms of cost andmaterials.
  
• Ensure that all designs align withthe project's budget, schedule, and client requirements.
  
• Provide feedback on design elementsthat could impact the cost or timeline of the project.
  

Schedulingand Timeline Management:

• Develop and manage detailed projectschedules, ensuring that all phases of the project are completed on time.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers,contractors, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of materials andservices.
  
• Ensure production team on time andon schedule and report to management any delays
  
• Regularly update stakeholders on projecttimelines, delays, or changes in the schedule
  

Supplierand Contractor Management::

• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure that allmaterials and services are delivered on time, to specification, and withinbudget.
  
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers andcontractors, ensuring best value for the company.
  
• Oversee contractor performance, ensuring they meetcontractual obligations and quality standards.
  
• Tendering process and review BOQs
  
• Utilise and develop company software to enhance efficiencyand data
  
• Ensure maintenance of materials library
  

ContractAdministration:

• Prepare and manage contracts forsuppliers, subcontractors, and other third parties.
  
• Ensure compliance with allcontractual terms and conditions.
  
• Address any disputes or issues thatarise between the company, contractors, or clients.
  
• Ensure client signs off oncompletion
  

Reportingand Documentation:

• Provide regular reports on costperformance, site progress, and potential risks.
  
• Maintain detailed and accuraterecords of all project-related financial transactions, agreements, andcommunications.
  
• Ensure that all documentationcomplies with legal and company standards.
