Job summary

The successful candidate will lead project coordination, assist in contract administration, and ensure design integrity across large-scale projects. Candidates should possess a degree in Architecture and extensive technical experience, particularly in resolving design challenges on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years postgraduate experience, 5 years on large projects.
• Good knowledge of building codes.
• Authority registration preferred and valid UAE Driving License.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination process with other disciplines.
• Assist the Resident Engineer in performing contractual duties on site.
• Process contract documents & assist in contract administration.
• Develop, modify, and review production drawings and construction documents.
• Correct and update design documents.

Technical Skills and Experience

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years postgraduate experience and at least 5 years on large projects.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to resolve design issues on site.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup or 3D MAX, Photoshop, MS Project or Primavera, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of building codes.
• Authority registration preferred.
• UAE Driving License.
