Senior Site Architect

ACC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to oversee all on-site architectural aspects of construction projects. You will ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary on-site architectural representative.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of architectural works.
• Conduct site inspections and track progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Resolve architectural-related technical issues.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
• Participate in site meetings and provide architectural input.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare site reports and progress updates.
• Supervise and mentor junior architectural staff.
• Liaise with clients and consultants.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• 8-14 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Preference for experience in high-rise buildings projects.
• Thorough understanding of architectural design, construction methodologies, materials, and UAE building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
