Job summary

CyberGate Defense L.L.C in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior IC with 10+ years of proven experience designing and implementing SIEM solutions using the ELK Stack in a cybersecurity context. You will leverage ASP MVC, Python, and cloud DevOps skills to build robust security tooling and automation.

The role requires strong Power BI capabilities, RESTful API and database integration, and deep knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including threat modelling and incident response.

Qualifications

• 10 years proven experience designing and implementing SIEM solutions using ELK Stack.
• Strong web app development background with ASP MVC.
• Proficient in Python programming and automation frameworks.
• ELK Stack expertise for SIEM and log management.
• Hands-on experience in multi-node ELK cluster deployments.
• Strong knowledge of ASP MVC, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frontend frameworks.
• Experience creating Power BI visuals.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud platforms.
• Understanding cybersecurity concepts, threat modelling, and incident response.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Ruby).
• Knowledge of machine learning/AI techniques in cybersecurity.
