Job summary

CPX in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced SOC Lead Engineer, SIEM to drive technical leadership across SIEM architectures and licensing while supporting pre-sales efforts. The role involves guiding engineers, coordinating across environments and customers, and ensuring robust SIEM operations.

You will oversee logging standards, health checks, and licensing activities, mentoring SOC staff and delivering accurate SOC reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SIEM and SOC operations.
• Leadership experience within a SOC or similar cybersecurity environment.
• CISSP, CISM, or SIEM certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical operations and management of SIEM tools across multiple environments and customers.
• Oversee SIEM licenses forecasting, tracking and renewals, coordinating with sales for estimations.
• Ensure health and functionality of SIEM systems through regular checks and maintenance.
• Provide mentorship to SOC Engineers and guide incident resolution.
• Participate in pre-sales activities to estimate SIEM licenses and architectures.
• Collaborate with the Architecture Manager to develop SIEM strategies and initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting on SIEM services and SOC operations.
