Job summary

Help AG is seeking a Senior Security Engineer in Dubai to design, implement, and support SIEM solutions across client environments. The role focuses on Sentinel, Defender, and Splunk with hands-on administration, content development, and threat detection capabilities.

The candidate will collaborate with Management, Threat Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to deliver high-profile services for Managed Security clients in a dynamic, global enterprise context.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent training with experience in Security Operations Center, Managed Security, or client network environment.
• Experience and knowledge of Splunk, Azure M365 & MS cloud security is essential.
• Senior level experience: 7-8 years maintaining Splunk, Azure M365 System.
• 4-5 years of experience with administering Splunk and Sentinel SIEM including content development.
• Experience creating use cases and dashboards for Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk SIEM.
• Knowledge of Sentinel architecture, data tables and resources in Sentinel.
• Experience with SIEM integration and data connectors for Sentinel, Splunk.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SIEM solutions (preferably Sentinel) and Microsoft security tech integrations.
• Administer Defender (ATP), Azure CASB, and Azure Threat Protection within customer environments.
• Assess customer needs, design solutions, and implement the design.
• Prototype quickly with new tech to test viability.
• Serve as primary responder for Managed Security customer systems and resolve client issues.
