As a Senior Shopper & Customer Marketing Manager, you will build and execute go-to-market strategies that resonate with our trade channels and customers. Your responsibilities
  • The role requires frequent interaction with the sales field force, Marketing and Supply teams.
  • Mainly responsible for driving the PLAN excellence Width, Depth & Efficiency measures for their respective brand/ channel
  • Plays a key role within the Country Sales team, driving excellence in store (4P) execution across key customers/key accounts.
  • Ensuring Price Corridor and Trade Pricing Balance across the National landscape → meanwhile catering to different channel/ regional needs
  • Managing trade marketing activities within the allocated budget; ensuring that actual expenditures do not exceed the trade budget.
  • Analyzing and reporting any variations in the actual trade marketing expenditure versus budgeted.
  • Developing strong insights with field interactions to creatively come up with consumer promotion propositions for the marketing team
  • Forecasting Demand Planning streams for upcoming months, in line with liquidation plans for each region/channel
  • Developing push tactics (instore executions) synonymous with pull generated (marketing end) for a holistic Reckitt brand presence in store.
  • Interact with key stakeholders and settle distributor claims amicably
  • Manage the costing of trade promotions periodically, or as needed
  • Conduct periodic internal audits of key customers, identify the pertinent issues and suggest remedies
The experience we're looking for
  • Planning & Monitoring: Proactively collect and analyse relevant data and, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
  • Building Business / Customer Relationships: Leads in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhances relationships while building new stakeholder and company linkages
  • Negotiation & Influence: Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers
  • Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business-related subject -from a recognized University
  • 8+ years FMCG experience in Sales / Trade Marketing / Marketing and Key Account Management
