About the role

You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to our trade channels and customers. Responsibilities

  • Interact regularly with sales field force, Marketing, and Supply teams.
  • Drive PLAN excellence in Width, Depth & Efficiency measures for your brand/channel.
  • Ensure excellence in store (4P) execution across key customers and accounts.
  • Maintain Price Corridor and Trade Pricing Balance across the country, catering to regional and channel needs.
  • Manage trade marketing activities within the allocated budget, monitoring expenditures and reporting variances.
  • Develop insights from field interactions to create consumer promotion propositions.
  • Forecast demand planning aligned with liquidation strategies for each region/channel.
  • Create push tactics (in-store executions) that complement pull strategies for holistic brand presence.
  • Engage with stakeholders and resolve distributor claims amicably.
  • Periodically manage the costing of trade promotions.
  • Conduct internal audits of key customers, identify issues, and suggest solutions.

Experience required

  • Proactive data collection and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stakeholder relationship management and development.
  • Complex business negotiations with major customers.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognized university.
  • 8+ years of FMCG experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Key Account Management.
