Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Shipbroker, Certified Port Executive) may be advantageous.
• Several years of experience in ship agency operations with progressively responsible roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of ship agency operations executives and administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement SOPs for ship agency operations to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to meet SLAs.
