Job summary

Salt is seeking a senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to support a 12-month migration for Emirates Airline’s loyalty program. The role covers redevelopment of emails, journeys and data processes within a complex SFMC environment.

You will work with the Customer Strategy & Retention Operations team to assess and implement changes, ensure data quality and deliver secure, scalable SFMC solutions on schedule.

Qualifications

• Senior SFMC developer with hands-on migration experience.
• Proven ability to redevelop emails, journeys and data processes.
• Experience with REST APIs, AMPscript and SQL in SFMC environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SFMC solutions.
• Strong testing, documentation and deployment skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess journeys, automations, data extensions, SQL and integrations affected by loyalty-platform changes.
• Translate requirements into robust SFMC solutions and configurations.
• Redevelop personalised emails and Journey Builder journeys.
• Develop AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS and API integrations as needed.
• Ensure scalable, secure and maintainable SFMC architecture.
• Design data validation and enrichment processes for data quality.
• Conduct developer testing and support UAT and release activities.
• Maintain project documentation and upgrade handover materials.
