Job description

SWATX is hiring a senior, presales, customer-facing role who will interact with the C-Suite of customers in a Senior Advisory capacity. The Services Presales Consultant will lead go-to-market and demand generation activities, including developing customer presentations, delivering workshops, responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and preparing commercial responses such as Statements of Work (SOW). They will also oversee the transition of work to the delivery organization through appropriate practice management.

Requirements

You Will :

• Support highly complex accounts, leading customer presentations and workshops at the senior leadership level, articulating IT transformation journeys focusing on MultiCloud, Data Center, and Automation / Integration.
• Be part of the CEE META team of Services Presales Consultants, primarily working on opportunities in Central West Africa and across the wider Africa region, supporting regional colleagues with subject-matter expertise.
• Manage solution development, including design, scope, risk, and financials; coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and Solution Architects.
• Create deliverables, RFP responses, and SOWs based on Dell Services offers, acting as the solution owner and supporting deal negotiation and closure.
• Contribute to business results through quality solutions and advice; represent DTS within Dell Tech Organization via presentations, programs, and training.
• Possess knowledge and experience in Data / AI / DHW.
• Location is Warsaw, with occasional travel across CEE.
• Expertise in IT transformation, including MultiCloud, Data Center, Virtualization, Automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, Data Analytics, and AI solutions.
• Experience as a solution lead, presales consultant, or solution architect, with skills in constructing service solutions and effort estimates.
• Understanding of services P&L, cash flow, risk analysis, and commercial models like Fixed Price, T&M, and third-party contracts.
• Proven client-facing experience, influencing at all levels, and negotiating service contracts.
• Strong consulting skills, professional English communication, and ability to work across EMEA in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Dell and VMware products, understanding of Cyber Security, AI, and Cloud Hyperscale solutions.
