Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi seeks a Principal Analyst to own and govern the ServiceNow Change Management module, ensuring ITIL alignment, risk controls, and enterprise standards. You will lead UAT, validate releases, and drive continuous improvement across global locations.

The role requires 10+ years in IT governance, deep ServiceNow expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement within banking environments, along with Agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Service Management, Change Management, and IT Governance.
• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow expertise with the Change Management module.
• Coordinating UAT cycles, release readiness assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
• Experience in banking/financial services governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong Agile delivery experience with cross-functional teams.
• Mastery of ITIL-based Change Management (v4/v5) and enterprise governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; translating complex concepts.
• Deep ServiceNow ITSM experience including workflow automation and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic ownership and governance of the ServiceNow Change Management module aligned with ITIL and FAB policies.
• Platform supports operational resilience, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee BAU change governance, risk assessments, impact evaluations, and approvals.
• Support regional change governance for international locations.
• Lead enhancements, backlog prioritization, and defect remediation.
• Roadmap development, automation of workflows, reporting enhancements, and UX improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, and development teams to deliver changes as designed.
• Lead UAT, validate releases, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Act as SPOC for Change Management queries and stakeholder advisory.
• Participate in Agile delivery to ensure changes are integrated in sprints.
