Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a Principal Analyst – Change Management to own the ServiceNow Change Management module, drive enhancements, and ensure alignment with ITIL and FAB governance. You will lead UAT, assess release readiness, and conduct PIRs to strengthen change outcomes.

You will act as SPOC across technology and business, participate in Agile delivery, and oversee regional change governance to drive consistency across locations.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in ITSM, Change Management, and IT governance.
• Hands-on ServiceNow Change Management expertise.
• Experience coordinating UAT, release readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Banking/financial services governance, risk, and compliance exposure.
• Proven Agile delivery collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Mastery of ITIL(Change Management) principles and enterprise change governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow Change Management module end-to-end.
• Lead enhancements, backlog prioritization, and defect remediation.
• Validate releases/Stories for function, risk, and governance.
• Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews and drive lessons learned.
