Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a Principal Analyst - Change Management to own the ServiceNow Change Management module, drive enhancements, and ensure alignment with ITIL and FAB’s governance framework. You will lead UAT, validate release readiness, and perform post-implementation reviews to reinforce process discipline and strong change outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of ITSM, Change Management and IT governance experience.
Extensive ServiceNow Change Management proficiency.
Experience coordinating UAT, release readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
Banking/financial services governance, risk, and regulatory familiarity.
Strong Agile delivery collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
ITIL v4/v5 knowledge with enterprise change policies.

Responsibilities

Own and govern the ServiceNow Change Management module and drive enhancements.
Lead User Acceptance Testing for changes and releases.
Validate release readiness against risk, controls, and governance standards.
Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews to capture lessons and drive improvements.
Act as SPOC for FAB Change Management and advise stakeholders on compliance and capabilities.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts and development teams across regions.
