Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field required, preferably in Instrumentation & Control.
  • 9+ years of relevant industry experience in Sales & Proposal preparations.

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for Service Sales and business development associated activities including proposals and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Preparation of TechnoCommercial Proposal for Service Jobs (e.g. Service Project Life Cycle Agreement Training and Analyzer Maintenance)
  • Recognize sales opportunities and develop new accounts with key customers.
  • Sales & Marketing Activities for Systems (DCS & Safety) and Products (Analyzer / PCI / TMI) which mainly include
    • Technical Discussions with Customer &/or End User
    • Technical Clarifications to Customers Queries on Proposal
    • System Presentations (DCS & Safety Systems)
    • Organize product presentations (Analyzer PCI & TMI) with help of technical team
    • Interactions with RSC for Additional Support (Technical as well as Commercial).
  • Review Service projects Contractual Technical product Specification and Standard requirements.
  • Overall coordination with Customers Clients Vendors for the Service opportunity.
  • Responsible for Coordination with vendors and subcontractors for technical and other issues.
  • Coordination with sourcing logistics order handling in the context of the Service
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the customers needs directs the customer relationship with Clevel proposal pricing and negotiating the deal to completion.
  • Pipeline creating by seeding new opportunities with installed base.
  • Work diligently to meet & exceed assigned Customer Order Intake target.
  • Be creative to enhance / upsell LCA training & Service project business to meet the company OI/ST Target.
  • Work to support business plan of TSD to meet Accelerated Growth (AG) targets.
  • Support any and all the Service dept. activities as assigned by General Manager &/or Reporting Manager.

Qualification and Experience

  • A bachelors degree in engineering field preferably Instrumentation & Control or Electronics.
  • More than 9 years of total relevant industry experience including Sales & Proposal preparations.
  • Knowledge on Yokogawa systems and products preferred.
  • Field and site experience will be additional advantage.

Required Competencies / skills

  • High on commitment & ownership of assigned tasks with Pro Active approach Speed & Quality of work.
  • Target oriented with strong sales drive and ability to negotiate at all levels of customer organizations.
  • Knowledge on Yokogawa products and third party.
  • Sales Account Management
  • Good in customer relationship management.
  • Good at with communication (good written and verbal skills) presentation skills & good listener too.
  • Collaborative team Player who brings positive energy enthusiasm and passion to excel.
  • Should be selfinitiator to learn new things and creative in problem solving approach.
  • Work experience in MS Word Excel PowerPoint Visio.
