Your role

• Responsible for driving Sales and Orders for Service Retrofit business.
• Build and maintain a pipeline five times the target.
• Maintain pipeline management through SFDC.
• Drive replacement through energy studies and ROI calculations.
• Have job knowledge on HVAC Plant Room Solutions including Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, and other ancillary products, as well as Residential Light Commercial equipment like Package, Ducted Splits, and VRF.

Minimum Requirements

• Fresh graduates
• Mechanical Engineer degree
• Self-motivated, team player, result-oriented, with effective communication skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• This role is only for Emirati Nationals.
