Job summary

Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturer and service company. Otis L.L.C on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai seeks a Senior Service Examiner to join the MTB Project team, focusing on escalator maintenance and major repairs.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent and has at least five years of service experience, including five years with Otis, with strong electrical and mechanical skills and the ability to use our proprietary apps.

Role Overview:

Were looking for a Senior Service Examiner to join MTB Project team. The ideal candidate should have:

• 1. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of escalator technical aspects and major repairs.
• 2. Education: Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the service field with at least 5 years of experience working with OTIS.
• 4. Key Skills:
• - Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
• - Ability to access and utilize our proprietary apps.
