About the Role

We’re seeking a Service Delivery Manager with a technical background (2–3 years hands-on experience with tools on the System or Network side) to lead enterprise-level IT service delivery and client operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of support engineers delivering enterprise Cyber Managed Services.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
  3. Manage infrastructure operations, change requests, and monitor service performance.
  4. Build strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years total experience, including 5+ years in service delivery leadership.
  • Strong client-facing and team-building experience.
  • ITIL, Agile / SCRUM, and cloud / service management certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Must have 2–3 years of hands-on technical experience (System / Network side).
