Service Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager with a technical background (23 years hands-on with tools on the System or Network side) to lead enterprise-level IT service delivery and client operations.

Location: Abu Dhabi

Type: Contract

What You'll Do:

Lead a team of support engineers delivering enterprise Cyber Managed Services

Act as the face of IT for our clients, driving service excellence and satisfaction

Manage infrastructure operations, change requests, and service performance

Build strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing improvement initiative

What You Bring:

10+ years total experience, including 5+ years in service delivery leadership

Strong client-facing and team-building experience

ITIL, Agile/SCRUM, and cloud/service management certifications preferred

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

Must have 23 years of hands-on tech experience (System/Network side)
