Job Summary:
Our clientis seeking a results-driven Senior SEO & Google Ads Specialist to own their organic and paid search strategy. The selected candidatewill devise, execute, and optimize SEO campaigns that boost search rankings and qualified traffic, while designing high-ROI Google Ads programs that capture and convert prospects in key B2B verticals. This hands-on role demands deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and a proven record of lifting performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and maintain a data-backed SEO roadmap aligned with revenue goals.
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits; resolve crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and schema issues with the dev team.
- Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, internal linking, content architecture) and create briefs for content teams.
- Build and manage white-hat backlink campaigns (outreach, digital PR, content syndication) that strengthen domain authority.
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; deliver monthly dashboards and actionable insights.
2. Google Ads Management:
- Plan, launch, and scale Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns targeting high-intent keywords and audiences.
- Continuously optimize bids, budgets, ad copy, extensions, and landing pages for CPA and ROAS goals.
- Implement conversion tracking, granular attribution, and A/B testing to refine funnel performance.
- Monitor competitive landscape and keyword trends; adjust strategy proactively.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with web developers to align site architecture and UX with SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure message consistency and lead-quality feedback loops.
- Present performance reports, forecasts, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience driving successful SEO and Google Ads programs, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving top-page rankings and measurable revenue growth.
- Expert knowledge of technical SEO, backlink acquisition, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Mastery of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and leading SEO toolsets (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Sheets or BI experience for data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to craft persuasive ad copy and clear strategy briefs.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimizely) and landing-page A/B testing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript basics for troubleshooting.
- Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics (GAIQ).
