WSP is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to join our Security Risk Management team in Dubai. You will lead security risk assessments, design security measures for landmark developments, and coordinate audits of facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Risk Management, Physical Security Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in physical security within built environment or management consulting.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CSC desirable.
• Proven track record delivering high-profile projects across commercial, mixed-use, residential, and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Strong client engagement and business development skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., BIM).

Responsabilités

• Represent WSP’s Security Risk Management team with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and deliver security risk assessments, strategic design work, and audits of existing facilities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate security into complex built environment projects.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, attending client meetings, and converting leads into project wins.
