- RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):
- Scope and Costing structure for Large Projects / VIC Customers.
- Review and approve HLDs and LLDs migration plans.
- Engage with Practice team during solution phase for large deals.
- Lead quarterly SBRs and QBRs with Cos.
- Identify areas for automation.
- Create business opportunities on active engagements (Tech Refresh, Migrations, EOL/EOS).
- Empower engineers and drive growth development plans.
- Track, report, and govern KPIs of all service delivery.
- Manage internal & external training programs.
- Mentor L3s for L4 support.
- Provide assistance and guidance to team in office and on field.
- Serve as technical SME leading the technical team for listed technologies in the competency table.
- Handle large projects for oneself and the team.
- Deliver projects within schedule and budget.
- Troubleshoot critical customer incidents and breakdowns, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Assist and plan execution of health check services and closure for AMC customers.
- Conduct training sessions for teams & customers.
- Adhere to process policies & procedures for self and team.
- Maintain and acquire relevant certifications as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with SMEs/vendors for critical cases and major implementation issues.
- Willing to work on-field at customer premises for projects & support functions as needed.
- Provide a consultative approach in delivering projects & support, leading to additional opportunities.
- Create and review manuals, project & support documents for self and team.
- Lead by example, establishing respect from team members and external vendors from both technical and management perspectives.

- ISO 27001 - Operational and compliance tasks as per SOA and ISMS scope
- Perform risk assessments and follow-up on treatment for all verticals/domains
- ISO 27001 metrics data collection and follow-up
