Job summary

Help AG in Dubai is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to create procedures, implement process development, and maintain security systems across internal and client environments. You will collaborate with management, threat analysts, solution architects, and clients to deliver high-profile managed security services.

The role demands expert knowledge of complex IP networks, strong communication, and the ability to perform under tight SLAs while guiding incident resolution and security operations.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of demonstrable industry experience.
• Network Operations / Security Operations experience.
• Expert and in-depth knowledge of complex IP networks.
• Solid understanding of network security technologies, data center traffic flow and advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience working under pressure and with strict SLAs.
• Understanding of ITIL change, problem and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME of DDOS firewall technologies for Help AG customers.
• Able to design, deploy, operate, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot complex IP networks and security technologies.
• Provide timely response to all incidents, outages and performance alerts.
• Takes responsibility for handling escalated incidents.
• Consult with other technology support groups as part of problem resolution efforts.

Help AG is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Engineer who will be responsible for the creation of procedures, implementation of process development and maintenance of security systems across internal and client environments. The Security Engineer will work closely with Management, Senior Engineers, Threat Analysts, Solution Architects, other Security Engineers and clients to complete high profile critical services for existing Managed Security Service clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME of DDOS Firewall technologies for Help AG customers

Requirements

• Sound understanding of common services (web, mail, FTP, DNS, etc.), network vulnerabilities and network attack patterns.
