Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Scrum Master for our Dubai office — an experienced leader who can drive Agile excellence, especially within Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of healthcare domain expertise, multi-vendor coordination, and a proactive approach to Agile transformation.

You’ll play a key role in setting up Agile frameworks from scratch, leading international client engagements, and managing end-to-end delivery with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and real-time RAID/RAG tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Build Agile practices from the ground up, drive team coaching
• Implement Scaled Agile (SAFe) across projects
• Serve as the point of contact for international clients and internal teams
• Maintain RAID logs and report RAG status
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers to avoid delivery delays

Tools & Frameworks

• Manage JIRA workflows and sprint metrics
• Document and collaborate through Confluence
• Lead sprint progress, velocity tracking, and release execution

Resource Management

• Screen, onboard, and integrate new resources
• Work closely with recruitment teams to align talent with project needs

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

• Deliver detailed reports on project health and performance
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years as a Scrum Master (preferably in healthcare projects)
• Strong background in Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) methodologies
• Experience managing international clients and multi-vendor teams
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, RAID log & RAG tracking
• Hands-on with Agile metrics, sprint planning, release cycles
• Proven resource onboarding and team integration skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certifications
• Healthcare technology experience is a strong plus
