Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP/CPSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes for solar equipment, materials and services.
• Negotiate with suppliers for price and quality.
• Monitor global solar market for new suppliers and cost savings opportunities.
• Oversee logistics, transportation and warehousing of solar materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery to project sites and manage transportation costs.
• Coordinate with project managers on timelines.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock.
• Evaluate strategies to reduce supply chain costs.
• Develop contingency plans for material disruptions.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team.
• Ensure compliance and maintain procurement records.
