Job summary

Next Ventures seeks an experienced Tricentis Testing Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA transformation testing in the UAE. You will own the testing strategy and delivery across the programme, focusing on Tosca automation, SAP testing, and end-to-end validation.

This hands-on leadership role requires coordination with SAP teams, business stakeholders and SI partners, mentoring testing resources, and establishing governance and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA testing programmes.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for automation.
• Proven ability to develop and implement test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall SAP testing strategy across the S/4HANA programme.
• Lead the implementation and use of Tricentis Tosca for automated testing.
• Define and manage SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing cycles.
• Develop automation strategies covering SAP S/4HANA and integrated applications.
• Collaborate with SAP functional leads to prioritise automation opportunities.
• Manage test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams and locations.
• Establish testing standards, governance, processes and quality controls.
• Support test data and environment planning.
• Provide regular reporting on testing progress, risks and readiness.
• Lead and mentor testing and automation resources.
