Job summary

Elite Group Holding is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a comprehensive enterprise transformation across the full implementation lifecycle—from discovery to go-live and stabilization.

You will own scope, schedule, budget, and risks, coordinating across Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Service processes while managing SI partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP programme or project-management experience.
• At least three end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong experience in UAT, data migration, integrations, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Proven ability to manage large system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Prefers experience in Automotive, dealership, aftersales, SAP VSS, or Proaxia VSS.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the SAP S/4HANA programme across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery quality.
• Lead discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, realization, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Coordinate delivery across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Automotive, Aftersales, and Service processes.
• Govern SIT, UAT, data cleansing, mock migrations, reconciliation, business readiness, training, and operational handover.
• Manage system integrators, vendors, and internal teams with clear accountability and issue closure.
• Oversee SAP–CRM, middleware, document-management, payment, and other enterprise integrations.
• Provide project reporting and lead governance meetings, steering committees, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure all business, functional, technical, data, and operational requirements are met before go-live.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a complex enterprise transformation programme across the full implementation lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through realization, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the SAP S/4HANA programme, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Lead discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, realization, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Coordinate delivery across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Automotive, Aftersales, and Service processes.
• Govern SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, data cleansing, mock migrations, reconciliation, business readiness, training, and operational handover.
• Manage system integrators, vendors, business process owners, and internal technology teams, ensuring clear accountability and timely closure of risks and issues.
• Oversee integrations between SAP and CRM, contact-centre, middleware, document-management, payment, and other enterprise platforms.
• Provide clear project reporting and lead governance meetings, steering committees, cutover command centres, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure all business, functional, technical, data, and operational requirements are completed before recommending go-live.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of SAP programme or project-management experience.
• At least three end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong experience in UAT, data migration, integrations, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Proven ability to manage large system integrators, vendors, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong programme governance, risk management, problem-solving, and recovery capabilities.
• Automotive, dealership, aftersales, SAP VSS, or Proaxia VSS experience is highly preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or an equivalent certification is preferred.

The ideal candidate must be a decisive and delivery-focused leader who can quickly assess the programme, establish control, and take full accountability for successful delivery.
