The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP Qualtrics solutions, with a proven track record in the KSA region. This role requires expertise in leveraging SAP Qualtrics for customer and employee experience management, along with a deep understanding of KSA-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of SAP Qualtrics solutions with a focus on KSA-specific needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Qualtrics solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for using SAP Qualtrics to enhance customer and employee experiences.
• Conduct data analysis, generate insights, and create actionable reports to drive business decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Qualtrics.
• Train and support users to ensure effective use of the Qualtrics platform.
• Stay current with SAP Qualtrics updates and industry trends, particularly in the context of KSA.
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and data privacy laws in all Qualtrics implementations.
