Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Consultant with more than 9 years of total experience, including mandatory experience with KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) implementations. The ideal candidate will be available immediately and possess a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the areas of Performance and Goals Management, with localization expertise for KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management with a focus on KSA-specific requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and cultural requirements in performance management processes.
  • Work closely with HR and management teams to gather business requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational goals.
  • Customize the Performance and Goals module to align with organizational objectives, employee development, and performance tracking.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of the Performance and Goals module.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices, particularly around KSA localization.

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a strong focus on Performance and Goals Management.
  • Mandatory experience in KSA implementations, with knowledge of KSA-specific compliance and cultural requirements.
  • Strong understanding of performance management processes, goal-setting, employee evaluations, and development plans.
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, customization, and post-implementation support.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Performance and Goals is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central or Compensation Management.
  • Prior experience working in the KSA region or with KSA-based clients.
  • Familiarity with global best practices in performance management and goal setting.
