e are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – SAP to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SAP FICO operations, collaborating closely with technical teams, and driving process optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling. • Provide end-to-end financial process solutions and integration with MM, SD, and PP modules. • Understand ABAP coding, debug issues, and guide developers for optimized custom developments. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within SAP FICO. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SAP solutions. • Manage relationships with external vendors and SAP partners. • Support SAP S/4HANA migration and digital transformation projects. • Conduct user training and develop functional documentation.
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related fields. • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in SAP FICO functional consulting with technical exposure to ABAP. • Expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting). • Ability to read, debug, and understand ABAP code. • Familiarity with user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, LSMW, IDOCs, and SAP enhancement frameworks. • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and financial process automation is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
