Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in the UAE seeks a Senior SAP Lead with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to drive functional delivery and AMS governance within a defense-sector engagement. The role requires 15–18 years of SAP HCM/payroll experience with hands-on ECP leadership and security-aware operations.

The incumbent will lead payroll operations, guide stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing processes and delivering measurable improvements

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP HCM/payroll experience with hands-on ECP leadership.
• Experience leading ECP in large, production environments.
• Knowledge of UAE payroll practices and GCC/Middle East landscape.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and service leadership for SAP SF ECP within the AMS model.
• Own end-to-end payroll support, monthly cycles, off-cycle processing, year-end activities.
• Lead configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across payroll schemas and infotypes.
• Drive stabilization of PCC, validation rules, alerts, and dashboards.
• Manage EC-to-ECP replication and integrations with time, finance, and payslips.
• Ensure payroll-to-finance integration, posting, reconciliation, and audit traceability.
