Job summary

Thales is seeking an SAP Support Analyst to provide initial support and troubleshooting for SAP ECC applications. You will diagnose issues, assist end-users, and maintain knowledge bases to improve self-service and incident resolution.

You will collaborate with on-shore and off-shore teams, coordinate with managed service partners, and contribute to process improvements within the SAP service desk while ensuring data integrity and high service quality. Fluency in French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have SAP ECC 6.0 functionality (EHP 6.0) and 3 years of working experience in one of the core SAP modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Financial Management; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in Industry & Manufacturing domain.
• Experience in working in multiple service delivery teams on-shore-off-shore.
• Understand the integration points between SAP and Non-SAP Systems.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English; French language ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support and troubleshooting for SAP ECC daily usage and problems.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Assist end-users with SAP application usage and functionality.
• Create and maintain documentation related to known issues, workarounds and resolutions.
• Interact with internal teams and outsourced partners for issue resolution/escalation.
• Engage with managed service partners to ensure quality of service for the Operations team.
