Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant - SME Level

ITHR 360° Consulting is seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our core team in Dubai. This is an incredible opportunity for a subject matter expert (SME) with 8+ years of experience to take on a critical role within our organization, delivering impactful SAP solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End SAP FICO Implementation: Lead and deliver complete SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), ensuring they align with the business requirements and S/4 HANA best practices.
  • S/4 HANA Expertise: Drive the implementation and integration of S/4 HANA solutions. Ensure the seamless transition from legacy systems to S/4 HANA, optimizing performance, data integrity, and financial processes.
  • Business Process Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, map out end-to-end financial processes, and provide insights into process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Functional Design & Documentation: Develop detailed functional specifications and ensure proper documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • System Configuration: Perform hands‑on configuration of SAP FICO modules to meet project deliverables. Test and troubleshoot system issues, providing solutions for process optimization and improvements.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and user support for SAP FICO end users. Ensure smooth go‑live and post‑implementation support by resolving any system issues and assisting in user adoption.
  • Project Management: Oversee the timely delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business timelines, budget, and scope.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with demonstrated expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
  • At least 3 full‑cycle S/4 HANA implementations (a must), with a deep understanding of S/4 HANA architecture, configuration, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
  • Experience with SAP integration to other modules such as SAP MM, SD, PP, and third‑party applications.
  • Ability to handle cross‑functional requirements and ensure business processes are efficiently integrated within the SAP framework.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with both technical teams and business users.
  • Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in training and supporting end users in a live SAP environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with global accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and experience with multi‑currency financial environments.
  • Experience in oil & gas, retail, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP Analytics tools and Fiori applications.
