Senior SAP EAM / PM Lead required to join a large SAP S / 4 HANA program focused on Innovation, AI, and Automation in Abu Dhabi.

12 month rolling contract, 2–3-year program. Excellent monthly salaries including visas, insurances, annual leave, and travel tickets.

Duties :

• Spearhead an innovative digital transformation program focused on automating SAP PM processes
• Reimagine and redesign core maintenance process flows
• Reduced manual steps and increase system driven automation through AI, IoT integrations and intelligent workflows

Key experience required :

• 10+ years of SAP PM functional experience (ECC and / or S / 4HANA) understanding the end-to-end process
• Strong business process knowledge
• Proven experience leading business process transformation and automation projects
• Experience with permit to work or workforce clearance management beneficial
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori apps, AI / ML integration, and IoT solutions
• Experience with process mining (e.g., Signavio) and RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere) is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
