Job summary

Sapsf in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior SAP Ariba Lead with 15–18 years of SAP experience to provide functional leadership, service ownership, and hands-on L2/L3 support for a mission-critical AMS engagement serving a defense customer. The role will own stability, governance, and improvements across SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, and SAP S/4HANA/ECC procurement functions.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of SAP consulting experience with hands-on delivery in Ariba
• Proven leadership of SAP Ariba AMS or large production-support engagements
• Deep functional expertise across SAP Ariba modules and SAP Business Network

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional support and service delivery for SAP Ariba, including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying and Invoicing, Guided Buying
• Act as primary semi-technical service owner for procurement leadership and delivery partners
• Own incident, problem, change, and release management with timely restoration and root-cause analysis
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, ticket prioritization, and production-ready releases
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (MM, Finance, ABAP, Basis, Security) for complex integrations
