Job summary

tech carrot, a leading global IT service provider headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a QA professional to design and execute Salesforce test strategies across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. You will create test data, environments, and scripts, and report defects with strong analytical skills within an Agile/Scrum team.

Candidates should have 5-7 years of Salesforce QA experience, strong knowledge of SDLC, and hands-on manual and automated testing.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in QA/testing, preferably with Salesforce.
• Hands-on Salesforce functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Execute manual and automated testing and analyze test results to identify defects.
• Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects using Assembla or relevant defect-management tools.
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and provide appropriate recommendations for resolution.
• Maintain testing documentation and provide clear test execution and quality reports.
• Ensure new Salesforce changes and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
