Haus & Haus in Dubai is expanding its Salesforce platform with an implementation partner and seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to own ongoing development, integrations and agent force solutions.

This hands-on role focuses on building new functionality, shaping the roadmap, ensuring security and scalability, and delivering reliable, high‑quality Salesforce outcomes for sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Salesforce development experience and architecture knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and own a technical roadmap.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience turning business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for sales and operations.
• Design and maintain API integrations with property portals and data providers.
• Build dashboards and reporting for leads, conversion, pipeline, revenue and attribution.
• Develop custom functionality including a referral engine, customer journeys, and automation workflows.
• Help shape the AI strategy and agent integrations; mentor initiatives with the partner team.
